A co-worker of mine, 20 yrs ago, used an exercise treatment from her eye Dr.
It was a stick 'thingy' that she would attach cards to at different distances from her eyes.
The stick itself was maybe 2 ft long, and the point of cards at different distances was to exercise the muscles.
She said it was working, after she'd been doing it for a couple of months.
It was 20 ys ago and perhaps there's something better now for that exercise.
