Is it ok to take valerian and kava kava together?!

Is it ok to take valerian and kava kava together?
and is it ok to take asprin with these supplements? i have troube falling asleep (valerian), stress (kava) and inflamation which is why i take asprin, is it ok to take all of them at once?

I wouldn't. Kava kava has been proven to be really hard on the liver. Valerian root should be OK. If you're doing the Kava thing for depression, I suggest Sam-e, which I have found from personal use is fine with valerian.
