Do indigenous products really work? Stuff like colloidal gold, silver, zinc? can they be harmful?
i am thinkin about using some of these products for health purposes, but would like to know before i spend the money. any side effects? I have bad vericose veins, i am only a 30 yo male. someone told me to try this out

My personal feeling is that these are snake oil. Better to get yourself to a good shiatsu practitioner, herbalist, health coach, acupuncturist...these are systems that work.
