Question:

How to deal with personal problems/stress without emotional eating, smoking or drinking?

I'm a huge compulsive eater
I don't smoke or drink
but when I'm sad or really stressed out, I go and eat and eat and eat. And now I'm fat. So what do I do when I don't know what to do about something except eat?

The thing is I have something horrible going on in my life right now and I just have no idea on how to solve it, I don't even know if it's in my power. That's why I keep eating and eating. I just don't know what do to.
