A herbalist gave me a bag of tea?!
Question:
A herbalist gave me a bag of tea?
To cure a ailment, he charged me a great amount of money, The herbal tea is in a brown paper bag no labeling. He has not mentioned what the ingredients are in the tea, or a price, And he just keeps brings medicines and potions and asking me to pay for this and that. How shall I be assertive and also make my point without being rude. So he knows not to mess me about again and see me as such a soft touch. He has already taken a vast amount of money from me in just one week.
Answers:
My acupuncturist will not let me leave her office with my herbal preparations without first explaining to me what's in it, what it will do/what it is for, and what the dosage is.
If he is a true practitioner of herbal medicine, then he should be quite willing to tell you what he has given you! If he refuses, then refuse to pay for it, and FIND A DIFFERENT PRACTITIONER!
DO NOT take any herbal preparations without finding out the ingredients and the dosage! There are quacks out there!
