Flem.what brake's up flem?!
Question:
Flem.what brake's up flem?
when you are sick?
Answers:
Steam is good. Fill a bowl with bowling water from the kettle (if you have any essential oil, say lavender or eucyalptus put in a few drops of those - if not just boiling water is fine)
Put a towel over your head and lean over the bowl and breathe deeply through your nose for as long as you can. The steam clears up your sinuses and breaks up the phlegm (that's how it's spelled- but pronounced flem)
Also stay away from dairy foods as they make more phlegm.
