Can anybody tell me if they have ever had acupuncture treatment for anxiety?
If so, please relay your experiences, as I am eager to know if it worked. And if so, was it as effective as orthodox medication such as valium, diazepam, xanax, etc?
Furthermore, would you recommend it?

Personally I have not undergone for an acupuncture. But have plenty of them getting, for various ailments, including anxiety. Being a traditional method, like Ayurveda of India. It has a long history of more than thousand years. Time tested, with out any side effects. I certainly recommend, as there is no chances of side effects, like chemically formulated medicines.
