Any women out there who have personally used Maca Root?

In an earlier question about natural HRTs,someone mentioned Maca Root.Has anyone personally used it or known someone who has and what were the results.I had a complete hysterectomy so I'm not going through natural menopause.Only serious answers please and thank you.

No, I have not personally used Maca Root. For menopause I would recommend some ginseng, and wild yam.
