its blue and red specs in a white powder.it is steroids i have taken others before i know the efects.ive been on some forums and been told its onthaline? and somthing else with a anti estrogen with it.anybody tried it or know any more?

it may be. I can't say, as I'm not romainian, but I wouldn't worry too much about health risks as long as you cycle properly and a careful (get full blood workup done).
It's ridiculous to suppose that these drugs are dangerous when not prescribed but when they are they're entirely safe. In a world where doctors carefully adjust dosages to each patient, sure- but this isn't that one.
In this world, if you're average sized, average height, you're gonna get the same dose and dosing schedule as everyone else.
