Does Chromium supplements help with Depression?
It's strange, I am trying Chromium for energy, but it seems like it is helping my mood more than my energy! :) Does anyone know if Chromium is supposed to help with depression?

I know one of my friend is also taking Chromium Picolinate, I wonder if that is what you are taking. She said it is helping her moods too, so if it doesnt have any deleterious effects, which it doesnt, you can continue taking it and enjoy the new elevated mood! Good luck!
