Actually the Heinz brand is not the right brand because it is not organic and im sure its filtered and does not have the mother. The brand you need to use is Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother. This is not only natural but much more healthy with the life giving properties of the Mother. It's the one i use and it is fantastic. I use it in foods also. It has many uses. I drink it in a glass of pure water. Do not buy Heinz because its cheaper, it does not have the mother and is not as good for you as the Bragg brand.
