Should u eat health foods like spirulina, chlorella in large quantity, or just take small amount like a drug?
Could u eat like 500 calories of a health food supplement like spirulina at once or are they best in small quantities?

For chlorella and spirulina, the more you eat the better. Eat it like food. Chlorella and spirulina are extremely good for you. If you want to be extremely healthy, than use them as your main source of food. They are both whole foods and spirulina has 15 times as much protien than beef.
