Natural remedies for fatigue?!

Natural remedies for fatigue?

i wake up and i am tired.. it is hard for me to get out of bed, no energy, i have a regular diet of fruits veggies and whole grains, i don't eat a lot of junk food or drink pop, i drink plenty of water, but i need something in the morning to get me going... i just feel groggy and tired and i don't want to feel like that... any suggestions?

How are you sleeping? Do you get enough sleep? Do you get quality sleep or do you toss and turn, or snore, or have nightmares? Even your bed (too soft, too firm, too hot, too cold, etc) can be a contributing factor to your quality of sleep...you may want to consider these things... Another thing to consider is your age or if you have children...mom's don't "deep sleep" so they can hear their children in the night and peri-menopausal women have trouble with insomnia... Are you supplementing your menses with iron and Vitamin A capsules or dessicated liver or with clams and liver and onions? Not all vitamin supplements are created equal... Do you have any allergies to any foods that may be contributing to this? Are you having any issues with depression? Are you taking any prescription or OTC medications that could me contributing to this? Lots of things to consider....
