I CANT RELAX!!!!?!


Question: im 17 i dont know whats wrong with me i dont have a hectic life at all i just cant calm down im always worried or thinking negitivly about somthing .... i know i cant be overwhelmed by anything because a lot of the time im happy with my friends or by myself at home in peace but still i cant stay happy i dont know what to do. i just feel like i dont have control over anything anymore like i used to and i keep trying and keep failing
what can i do????
( please dont suggest see a doctor)

do yoga or knit. that calms me down

have a nice sour apple martini and watch a romance on television.

Try relaxation techniques or cd's, or put your energy to good use.

I've felt like that before... like there's a heavy black fog over everything you do and you can't seem to break out into the happiness.

The longest time I was ever like that was a week, and it ended when I started thinking and staring at lights. Scary, right? Yeah. If you like to write about things, take a few minutes to describe the light. How bright it is, how it glows, how it warms. Sounds completely insane, but it does help.
