Symptoms are similar to what you are experiencing, excessive worry, sleep problems, difficulty with concentration, irritable mood is often associated with depression for young people. Antidepressants can help with G.A disorder. Obviously counseling and cognitive behavioral interventions can help to develop ways to minimize and cope with stress. I would recommend going to an outpatient counseling center for an evaluation, the sooner you get help and let your mom know you are having a really hard time with stress and need help the better!

I hope you feel better soon, these problems are very common and you can get the help you need.

You see your doctor. sometimes those symptoms mask other disorders. But if it makes you feel better I had those same symptoms. But the sleeping all the time masked my Anemia. Just check with your doctor, that would be your best bet.

That you're NORMAL> those are the symptoms.

Everyone has anxiety and does what you do. Stress will do it.

Take a breather, excersize, eat right and I guarantee you'll feel better.

You sound like you have sleep deprivation and are getting highly strung out.
The thing is, 'diagnoses' have a cause and in mental health, no one cause need be the same for each person. Look for the cause; not the label. Therein lies your solution.
