you mind is working, you subconscious mind that is.

try to relax and think of nothing before going to sleep.

I use to do that when I was a kid..... its somnambulism- sleep walking. nothing to worry about it my parents took me to a doctor & he hypnotized me & it never happened....

It means your Donnie Darko! Do you see a big bunny?

It could be dangerous. You should set traps for yourself incase you leave and get ran over or try to drive or something.. It's happened!

My little cousin has a problem like that um, try thinking are you stressed by anything? That can be a cause of sleep walking. But I'd ask your parents to record you sleepwalking or you to set up a camera or something and if you see that you're trying to accomplish something like clean, eat, or saying something then try to find the root of that actions

well yes it sure does. I do the same thing, and an interesting tidbit for you. People can have something called sexsomnia, where you "sex sleep walk" your imagination can tell you what im talking about.

It means you are acting out your subconsciousness aka when you sleep. It's not harmful to you itself but you run a high risk of injuring yourself or someone/something. Else my best friend used to have this problem. But she grew out of it

my aunty(she was a yr younger than me used to do it)she grew out of as well,we put extra locks on the doors so she couldnt get out. Some say stress+subconcious,if ya worried see a doctor.cheers always+stay safe :)

I was told it was due to stress, maybe you should try going to one of those sleep clinics so they can evaluate you if you and you family are concerned
