I have a hard time trying to sleep. How can I sleep better?!

wow do I hate that! I found that this happened when I was in a situation that was very stressful it went on for months.....lessen the stress in your life. Foods that help promote sleep are foods high in calcium and potassium,dairy products and bananas

take a hot bath an hour before going to bed and buy a noise machine, the machines play sounds like ocean waves, rain , even a heart beat, I have the same problem, good luck,
i think you should have more physical activity during the day. i do that and the moment i hit the pillow, kaboom!!! i'm down. maybe since you're thinking about your day, you may be stressed, some yoga (or to be honest, i don't really like yoga) just any sport that you like where there is no screaming or stress.
