Do you need to have a specific issue to go see a hypnotherapist?!
Question: Hello
Yes, of course you, same as any therapy.
If you are aware that you have an issue, but you cannot name it then that can be the issue. But to go for fun or curiosity would be a waste of time.

Yes. Otherwise what would the point be? Hypnotised just for the hell of it? :o)
They'll most likely hypnotize you if you'll be paying them regardless of issue. If you want to know what it's like, it's like sitting in a recliner, you're not quite asleep but you don't always hear the tv playing. You're still aware, but very relaxed.
EDIT: I did it for anxiety and panic attacks, and the therapist helped me develop a "safe place" in my mind to go to while I calm down. While you're in that state of relaxation, and I think it's the same state as biofeedback therapy, you're more suseptible to suggestion so the therapist guides you to your goal. If you have no goal the best they can do is coach you on relaxation or even finding a goal. It's nothing like in the movies.
How about stress. We all have that.
