Why am i feeling so down and empty with a sense of hopelessness?!


Question: I am a confident and talented person but all the time sleepy and feel like doing a project is a huge deal. I have all these great ideas and start on one and end up dumping the idea in the end. I really hate my self sometimes and try to fix my attitude by thinking positively but end up self destructing myself. Its like a vicious cycle of sorts. You advice is appreciated to stop the torment i'm going through on a daily basis.

As you mention... "think positive" does not work.

The problem is a weak connection to the inner Self. You may have noticed westerners being more and more attracted to Yoga and Meditation... Well that's the reason for the shift... they are realizing that these ancient time-tested practices restore the basis of a stable FULFILLING life.

It may sound odd as a recommendation, but try it... IT WORKS.

Google "Yoga Finder" for personal instruction in you city, or if you just want some info, go to the research section at New Free Books. 3 great yoga links there, and the first free eBook on that website may be of interest as well. It explains this process of connecting to the inner Self.

i feel the same way, i don't like to get out of bed sometimes...but i'm not sure exactly what u are talking about. In what way? How old are you? Do you work? Are you in a relationship?

There is something within you that you are unhappy about. You need to talk to someone..maybe a professional. You seemed to be depressed and you know it but you don't know why. Get some help and Im sure things will start looking up. Feel better.
