What is the best medication or treatment for anti-social behaviour?!

Question: When you're depressed, always tired, and never want to be in social situations. It seems like it just keeps getting worse.

Sounds more like you are describing clinical depression than antisocial behavior. I agree that exercise and eating well can help.

However, the symptoms you describe come from some feelings, emotions, life circumstances that could be helpful to take a look at, talk about, and find out how to deal with. Sometimes depression is from pushing feelings, sometimes anger, deep inside rather than getting things out in the open.

It is not a bad thing to talk to your doctor about this, to consider talking with a counselor, or to talk with a trusted friend who you feel understands you. Your doctor may want to start you on an anti-depressant so you won't feel as bad as you have. But medication is not the "fix." It is to help you balance out so you can deal with what is really going on.

I know these things from experience. Good luck to you. Really.

Working out is a great thing . I made friends and very healthy an i took out a lot of stress and anger forget about drugs just join a gym

I agree. Exercise and good food. Cut out all junk food. That would be a great start.

Hang with me. We can morose and tired together. We can be depressed friends with benefits.
