I am not sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if she killed herself because of the media and all the bad negative attention she is getting.

I would diagnose her as Bipolar
Britney Spears thrives on public attention. She seems to need it constantly & it matters not wether it's positive or negative. When she doesn't get enough, she'll do something else to attract it. I agree that unless she gets really good help soon, she's bound to end her own life.
