well if this person isn't satisfied with the answer then its ok but if there are a lot of options and still he doesn't care and yeh its badddd

Meh...it's just how it goes. The point of answering a question is to help the asker out, not to get the extra 8 points for it. If you're answering for that purpose, you should stop and find something better to do with your time.

I like helping people, which is why I answer questions here. I doubt that I"m alone in this....

I see what darkridr is saying but the fact that there is no best answer implies they didn't even bother reading the answers - which would be very annoying - to answer, and then they not even read the answers.

I think they genuinely (most) want the advice and then forget - after all, especially in mental health, they are already overwhelmed.

Life is too short to worry about meaningless things like a ten useless Yahoo points! Keep in mind that only a very small minority of askers are sincere in their questions. The rest, they don't even know why they asked the question, let alone the fact that they don't even know how to ask a question.
