Big problem at work with lady co-worker, quit??!

Question: The lady next to me keeps making sexual advances towards me, Yesterday She even touched my winkie!!

It started along time ago when I first started to work with the company. I had just finished school and was starting my first job. this was last year and I had just turned 18. I was fresh and full of life.
Now I cant bear to go to work as I know she will be waiting for me, She has even spanked me once with a ruler!!

I was wondering what you would do as I am starting to think that maybe if I did sleep with her she would leave me alone!

I am now 19 and think a woman of 65 should not act this way in the work place.

What should I do ?? I think that she might wear me down and get her way!!

is it the same woman who told you to move out the way?

wimp!

YAAAWWWNNN imagination running wild again eh?

you're 19, and use the term "winkie"?

B1tch slap her - put her over your knee and spank the hell out of her. She wont come back again xxx

have u told her that ur not into her and that she could be ur grandmother and that grosses u out?
dont quit.

You mustn't quit your job but need to sort this out.
Tell her firmly that you will not accept any of the things that she does or If you feel that you can't do this, tell you manager. It is their job to take ANY kind of harassment seriously. Good luck.

You can have her for sexual harassment,,,,

This woman needs to be reported to your supervisor. Harrassment of any kind is illegal on the work place. If your supervisor doesn't take you seriously, go to that supervisor's supervisor. Don't quit your job; that would be giving the woman power over you. Have you tried just telling her, "STOP IT! I am here to work, not play your sick games."

Hit it...don't quit it !!!!

You sharing a fantasy with us, maybe if you made her a bit younger it would help.

Watch how fast she will back off when you tell her that you'll go for it. All talk and teasing. Tell her if she's not prepared to act upon her actions then for her to leave you alone. Call her bluff.

winkie hahaha, grow up grow some balls m8,flirt with her bk,that will frighten her,

why don't you just talk to her plain and simple? be firm and assertive.

Either tell her you are gay,or failing that tell her you have genital warts & threadworms & you wont see her for dust, lol.

Hello,

(ANS) First of all its normal in any office environment where men & women mix together to have office banter, which is normally just a few tongue in cheek jokes and occasionally a bit of sexual innuendo, some bitching & some complaining of one sort or another. This is normal office politics.

**However, if a line or limit, or boundary is crossed over from normal office politics into something you feel is extremely personal or is unwanted attention. Then this could be said to constitute harassment, or sexual harassment.

**YES! Sexual harassment can & does happen from women on men, although in the past it did tend on the whole to be the other way around. Men hassling women or secretaries etc.

No.1 You should first of all try to make it clear to this women that her jokes & comments & hassling is unwelcome and unwanted. If this fails, goto No.2.

No.2 If No.1 fails to have the desired results go to your direct line manager and make a verbal or formal compliant. You could say this is interfering with your work & work performance i.e. getting in the way of you doing your job. The line manager should take your concerns seriously as sexual harassment is a serious issue in the work place under equality laws now.

**Ask the line manager to monitor the situation & ask them to have a quiet word with the woman in question. It should be delt with in the first instances by the line manager & by the company, if that fails then look beyond the company for help.

**If this fails you could ask your line manager to move you to sit some where else away from this person. That would be entirely justified if things didn't improve.

**However, you should be able to stand up for yourself no matter how difficult that might be, you should be able to rebut her comments!! Try and use humor to deflate her advances, take the mickey out of them (NOT her but her comments).

**Whatever you do DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH HER!! don't bow to her pressure, your life would be made even more hell if you did.

**If you are a member of a trade union take the case to your union representative in the work place. UNISON would be another very good source of help & advise about how to deal with this type of situation. You could look this subject up on the UNISON website too, it might be covered under their FAQ?

Hope that helps?

Kind Regards from Ivan

Buck up you idiot. She's having a laugh. She wont be truly interested in a 19 year old.

Inform your supervisor. This is against the law. Can they move you further away from this person? She is out of line and could lose her job.

We can't even tell what's in the mind of a person, especially a woman, by just predicting the way she behaves. you said shes as old as 65(really?) and you are getting to mind that sleeping with her once would stop her from acting the way she does.. I will say--you are wrong.

whether she likes you or not, or is turn on in the way you look (whatever), do not lose sound judgment and good disposition..stay put to how she is to be treated--be as your mother, or grandmother perhaps?

women of that age have unpredictable behavior as you have notice in her..so dont be misled or you will end up in bigger problem than you might be thinking of.
