Take your medicine like a good boy!!! LOL
DO NOT EMAIL "Help Me"!!!!!! LOL

I take my medicine before bed. I don't feel dizzy when I'm asleep. Maybe you could try that -

which medication?..you might want to get up slowly from a sitting position. Or it could also be your ears that are clogged and causing you to be dizzy?

how long have you been on them? sometimes the first month or two you will experience such side effects, and most of the time they do go away.

however, if after 2 months you're still feeling so dizzy you can't stand it, tell your doctor so. you have a right to be involved in your treatment, and don't do anything you don't feel is right for you. ask him to prescribe you a different medication, as every medication has a different effect on any given person.

is it prozac?
if it is email me, im taking the same stuff.

if you still feel dizzy after like 3-4 weeks maybe you should be on a lower dose. it takes for a lot of medications 4-6 weeks to be able to tell if they will help with your anxiety and depression. just tell your doctor exactly how you're feeling so he'll be able to help you the next time you see him.

GIve it a month or so. I had the same problem. I was so dizzy I walked like I was drunk!! After about three or four weeks, the side effects started going away! Good luck!!

Take it in the evening.
