She is histrionic, like most celebrities, their constant need for attention is why they seek fame to begin with. She is also quite narcissistic, thats why she doesn't realize the mess her own life has become and probably thinks "everything is everyone's fault but mine, because I'm rich, famous, beautiful and perfect"

Just addiction. Her persistent nightclubing, inability to function in normal situation, head shaving, depression, and everything else is just caused by addiction, rehab, and her tries to stop doing drugs. It's not a mental disorder like those.
