What is the best cure/treatment for anxiety-induced stress outside of medication!
Question: Exercise for sure. If nothing else....get out & go for a fast-paced walk...it's amazing how getting the heart pumping for a reason other than being stressed can help alleviate the anxiety. Deep breathing can help too, but I suggest the getting out & moving first if possible. Some people swear by meditation too, but if you're already in the throes of an anxiety attack it is difficult to try to meditate. good luck! :)

Oh man...that's hard to deal with...I know...
But I find an outlet or two and put all of my stress into it...Talking to my boyfriend is a great help for me, and so is driving and listening to music...but I'm also heavily medicated...
When not medicated, I like to read. Read read read.
Long story short, find an outlet, and pour yourself into it.
Good luck!!!
Try St. Johns Wort--it's herbal and you can buy it everywhere.
