Weird change in personality for a day?!

Question: It all started how I woke up, and I had like a tourettes attack (or something like it, I dont have tourettes) I kept grunting, and I wanted to throw things, and I would cry, for no reason. This happened all day, THEN, I went to go hang out with a friend, and she told me I was a different person, like I was acting different. I was very jittery and was very stiff, as in my movements weren`t liquidy (realize that by this time, i was happy, not crying or mad or anything), I had HORRIBLE hand-eye coordination, i kept knocking things over, and i felt that I was going to faint at times. On top of that I felt that my heart was beating out of chest! Once I got to my night ballet class, I felt so much better, like as if the dancing slowed me down.

This was so weird! What could I have? Some emotional disorder? or What?
Oh, and I have been feeling very very lazy and lethargic, could be because the days are shorter.
I have never had this tourettes/ jittery thing before. Should I go to a doctor?

This may sound crazy, but it sounds to me like what they call a "petit-mal" seizure. It's not the big one where you lose all control but it does make you act in strange ways.
I could also be a blood clot in your brain. So you should at least call your doctor or health nurse and ask about those symptoms.
But of course it can all be stress-related too. Too much adrenalin flowing (the fight or flight feeling), so if you or feeling that all day, it could be the answer to why you would have an episode like that.
And don't be too quick to let someone tell you that you are bi-polar. That is just the latest fad illness. We are all unhappy and up one day, down the next. It's how you deal with life that
makes all the difference.

go see a Doctor...get a Catscan or an MRI of your head immediately

go to the dr. ASAP!! this could be serious
