there are 8 different kinds of inteligence and a person is good at one of these usually. so people are all cleaver in thier own way for example david becham is very physically cleaver. i am the first in my family to go to uni so the chain has been broken somewhere along the line. i personally believe that if you are encouraged from an early age then you can be cleaver but if you are not encouraged and let to go through life being average then you will be average its all up to how a person wants to be

Yes, the child will be incrementally dumber than his parents.

Fat is not a gene, it is a habit.

The truth is people don't really know. But if it's in the Genes, yes.

Then again there's some really intelligent/good looking people that seem to have gotten a "skip gene" when you look at the parents.

no, i am smarter then my parents. so intellect has nothing to do with genes, its mostly environmental

Incest is a problem with genetics's. Allot depends on what country you *** from.

I don't think there's a single gene for intelligence, but genetics are known to influence it, as is environment. So two less-than-bright parents are likely to have a child who is not as bright as the child of 2 geniuses. However, a kid could get lucky and be born to stupid parents but be quite bright if they got the best possible assortment of intelligence genes from their parents and a stimulating environment.

The child could get some "smart genes "from the grandparents but chances are that lack of brain ability or on the other side , talents are inherited .

if such recessive genes (their stupidity could be a anomaly) come in to contact through multiple generations they repair themselves. So breeding stupid people with stupid people through 4 or more generations should actually produce offspring less susceptible to stupidity.

It could, but doesn't always. I've seen dumber-than doorknob parents with very bright children.

Genetics have everything to do with it.That is why Sperm Donors have to have high intelligence at Sperm Banks.

Possible, but certainly not a certainty.
Neither me nor my children's birth-father are the sharpest cheese on the cracker but my older daughter has been an honor student for the past three years and my younger daughter has been winning awards for creative activities.
