Set rewards for yourself.
For example, say to yourself, "When I am done reading chapter 7, I can watch some TV." or "When I'm done this essay, I can go out for dinner."
Plan your time. You have to do X number of chapters and X number of assignments, just make sure you take breaks inbetween them to reward yourself for hard work!
Omg i do the same thing all the time.. i couldnt study anymore because i got soo distracted lol.. i think the best way to study is going to a library .. or sitting in a quiet room by urself
schedule yourself 45 minute study periods as this is the lenght of optimal concentration...it passes in no time and then take a 15 minute break
juat think the time is gonna pass the same regardless so u may as well study and get it over with and then ull have some time later to do fun stuff
Think about working 16 hour days 3 days a week just to scrape by cuz you didn't go to school. You will spend the other 2 working days working 8 hours and maybe an extra 8 hours on the weekend. ( your only two precious days off) Don't be a fool, stay in school. ---Mr. T
set yourself a routine for example:
7am - out of bed/wake up, get ready go to school/college or whereever
3/4pm (or when u finish class) - play for a while
6pm - tea
after tea study til bed
easy jus structure your day and limit yourself
group discuss....
so that you will be preoccupied without thinking other stuff
take small breaks inbetween ....now im not saying go out for 3 hours and then try to get back on track. its always been easier for me when i study 1-2 hours and then take a 10-15 even 30 min break ...watch T.V. get a snack, anything to give you that little bit of air that you need to keep going
