What is best solution for addiction of yahoo answers?!
Question: to want to get your sleep instead of staying online allnight, besides forced reasons of work in a.m. (which did not matter, or change me),or is it a preference for some, like myself, once a week. Is their some signal such as boring questions or none of my interest to try and send me away?Just wondering?

A schedule would help or you could ask to be commited.
Just joking cos I'm addicted too but I find that a schedule does help :D

You should try finding out how to set the sleep function on your computer. Set it for like, midnight, and make it so it won't turn on for like 8 hours = ). I don't know how to do this though, you should look it up

what i do is go on myspace which is just as good and when that gets boring cause noone is online i go to bed
Just about anything that you do must be done in moderation. Give yourself a starting time and set the kitchen timer for 3 hours. When the timer goes off, it's like getting off from work. Your done for the night and now you can get that much needed sleep. For every minute that you go over the allotted time limit, you deduct that time from the following night. Example: If your on for 3 hours 15 minutes, the next night you set the timer for 2 hours 45 minutes.

just step away from the computer and turn it off, it may be tough and you will want to get back on but resist the urge and get your mind off of it.
Block it on your PC.
Go to:
-Start
-My Computer
-Local Disk C
-Windows
-System 32
-Drivers
-Etc
-Hosts
-Notepad
-Then type in: 127.0.0.1 http://answers.yahoo.com
-Click X
-Click Yes
And then it should be blocked.

Turn off your computer and leave the room where it is. If it is in your room, take it out and put it someplace else. Out of sight, out of mind. You may be having anxiety at night and it's your way of coping. Maybe you need to take something to help you relax at night. I know what you mean though, sweetie! When I was pregnant the last time and couldn't sleep, you could find me here just about every night! Anyway, don't you get drowsy during the day from being up all night? It's really not healthy and you may not be feeling it now but eventually you're going to crash. I would see your doctor asap. Good luck and you have my empathy :)
well if you had internet through the ISP that i work for I could possibly have your DSL disconnected for free. Or at least reset your password on your account for you to something you don't know?

You probably want to hang out in the math section of yahoo answers. Go through the front page and read all the questions. This will probably put you to sleep pretty fast....
