Question: My brother is bi-polar and he is so rude. He's 32 and lives at home with my mom. I'm 22 and I live on my own. Whenever I go to visit my mom at her house he always make rude comments to me or makes me feel unwelcome. I really hate him. He is so mean too my mom and treats her like sh#t. I told her to live with me and I will take care of her and he threatned to kill me or her if she left him. I don't know what to do? He doesnt want to take any meds or get help. Its like walking on eggshells being around him. I know he's sick but I can't take it anymore! What do I do?

Those things you describe of your brothers behaivour are not related to bi-polar. Bi-polar people can live healthy normal lives and do not threaten to kill. Your brother has other issues as well as his bi-polar.
I would talk to the police and find out what can be done and see if he can be sectioned under a mental health act to force him to take medication.
After you can be sure what the house ownership and finances are take mom to the police and then to a lawyer . You will need power of attorney from her to sell her house.
