Panic and anxiety can cause.......?!

Question: I have asked this question before but I thought I would add onto it.

I am wondering if panic, anxiety, worry can cause the following?

Flutter in chest and throat, awareness of pulse, shaking, nervous cough. This only lasts a short time and today I noticed that when I was told something that I don't like the symptoms got worse.

Now with panic etc I used to get it a lot years ago but I can't remember the symptoms! I also notice that I get the flutter in chest and have a sort of nervous cough all of a sudden even when I'm not thinking about anything, is this just because once panic starts it can just appear?

I am worrying about things at the moment, I have a wedding coming up, new job, living abroad, visa to get new culture etc.

Does anyone have advice on how to deal with these emotional feelings so I can stop having these feelings of panic?

Thank you in advance

i suffer panic attacks & anxiety & its only controlled by my medication i cvant think of any advice rite now except maybe vist nomorepanic.co.uk/, someone should be able to give you advice there on the forums, but you gotta sign up

the fact that you are aware of the possible causes for you panic is a start.
try some breathing exercises.
try to deal with one worry at a time, such as the visa, then the job etc. it look as though your panic is due to the worries, but what are your worries due to? try and think about why you are worried. is it self esteem, confidence, change etc, and if so why are these effecting you.
can you remeber your first panic attack, and if so what did you feel emotionally. has anything in your past caused you to over worry at the thought of change?
i feel you have alot of thinking to do, if you want to demolish the panic altogether. but for the time being, try to relax, dont think too much about all the things you have to do, just do one thing at a time, prioritise.

gud luck

There's a book you can get online. It's called Panic Away and it really helped me.
