Most of the girls who prostitute themselves do it because they need money to live and feed their children....
They do feel worthless and ashamed but hey, life is tough.
You can only help someone stop taking drugs if he wants that help. If he doesnt then dont push it too far...
I would imagine being a prostitute would make a woman feel very worthless. She obviously doesn't have enough respect for her self and body or she wouldn't be soliciting herself. In what way...Hm..I would guess she doesn't think she is worth being loved, she may feel like she doesn't deserve the Respect from a man, I'm sure there are more but I really don't know. As for your 2nd question...I take it this woman is "turning tricks" for money to buy her drugs. So the 1st thing you need to do is get her into rehab!! That is the hard part, when a person is addicted to drugs the drug takes over and it will be nearly impossible for them to even go to Treatment let alone stay clean. But she need's off the drugs, and then I believe she would no longer be prostituting herself. Good Luck
