Hands sart shaking when i pick up stuff?!
Question: im 19 years old and for a couple of years now my hands start to shake when i pick things up even light things like a cup or a fork when im eating, when im triying to cut things when i pick up a piece of paper to read what it says etc.
is this lack of some kind of vitamin or stress? i dont drink that much coffie only like a small cup a day

I think it is probably this thing called benign essential tremor (you will have to google this). You should check with a doc, but it runs in families, and it doesn't mean anything is seriously wrong. Some people get embarrassed, is all.
Some meds cause tremor too, like lithium, if you are bipolar.
You should really get it checked out by the doc, though. I think some kinds of brain damage could do that too.
If I were in your position, I would get myself to a neurologist. Pronto.

The syptoms sound like it... but i dont know for sure.... check with your docter...
It could be a number of things. If it's just affecting your hands, it may be carpal tunnel syndrome, which can be caused by increase use of the hand, damage to the hand or arm, or even psychological factors. You should go to a doctor and get it checked it, it could be a serious neurological problem.
