Masturbation

pool

The low 5.

If you live in a state were you can get medical pot look into that.

well medicinal MJ is as natural as I can prescribe but you cant smoke it unless you have a permit

Deep breathing exercises.

Mud bath

Take a deep breath, and snuggle into a nice and cozy chair. Get a music player, and play some soft music to listen to. Usually whenever you just sit down for a little bit, you are able to relax.

Have you tried a warm bath? If not how about some deep breathing. Listen to some music and try to clear your mind.

I drink chamomile tea when I am anxious and it helps me.

Good luck

4:20, baby!!!!

drink Kava Kava

relaxation response, it is a book. look it up

Take a hot bath with bubbles. (if you can fit in the tub) or find a spa with a jetted tub. I go to the chiropractor and she helps relax my muscles in my back. Also exercises is suppose to help relief stress. Try running or lifting weights

relaxing music

Remove the stress creators from your life. Take warm baths whenever you can.

Try exercise. Go out and walk 30-60 minutes every day. It is free, good for depression, will help you relax, good for your heart. It is just a good thing to do. You can walk in the malls if it is too cold outside where you are at.

Running, Swimming, etc. Cardiovascular exercise.

A good 'ol massage can relieve stress, get you relaxed and have you feeling great. Feet massages work best.

Meditation..clear your mind of thoughts and let them pass..

there is lots of exotic warm teas they make for that....google it

different things help different people to calm down
it really depends who you are
but for me, i find that a cup of camomile tea with honey, a room with dimmed lights and some really relaxing music all help me take away the stress

take your mind off whatever is stressing you out and just relax!

Music you like. Breathing deeply. Thinking of a cool place you've been to or you would like to go.

I have always found that meditational music played softly, and warmth(heating pads or stones), aromatherapy(oils or candles) have worked. Try headphones if background noise is a problem. Yoga helps, even just doing one or two stances, go to the library and look for B.K.S. Iyengar yoga books and look up relaxing poses. Do not take benzodiazepines, they wear off, and you'll keep needing more and more, detoxing from them is very dangerous. Valerian root is a natural supplement that works for relaxation. It smells awful, but just hold your nose. Sleepy Time tea by Celestial Seasons is good too. Try relaxation breathing, breathe in through your nose to the count of 3, exhale out your mouth to the count of 4 or 5, continue for 15 minutes.

Yoga is actually really helpful when you're trying to relax. You could also just try to clear your mind for a couple of minutes. When I'm stressed I meditate for about 30 minutes before I go to bed. I tend to sleep a lot better, and feel good in the morning.

Can i just say that whoever it was that put "Masturbation" is my hero. Anyway, maybe run over to the gym and take a yoga class. Those are always a good calmer-downer

you could be having anxiety attacks my mom has them and that sounds like what happens to her when she gets one. They are commonly called panic attacks and if this is the case you should seek medical attenion because it is serious. Ask your doctor about xanax .5 ml dose. it will stop these attacks and help you relax. hope this solves your dilemma.

Lavender

Drink chamomille tea while you watch yourself getting a *******. That two-pronged approach is bound to work wonders :-)

Chamomile tea can work well. Try "Sleepytime" by Celestial Seasonings.

Aside from that, just focus on taking deep breaths and clearing your thoughts. You'll soon notice that your mind will try to run in all sorts of directions. Whenever it does, just recognize it and return to clearing your thoughts and focusing on your breathing.

Anxiety can be a tough thing, but this sort of stuff will bring you back down to Earth at least for a while.

Exercise will help burn off the shakes. Yoga and meditation are also good ways to unstress. Also, don't discount the value of a certain amount of intellectual analysis of your thought processes - a few visits to a counselor might also help you focus on what's important and ignore the stuff that's making you tense - more commonly called an "attitude adjustment".
