Ok...so, I have this friend who thinks she has depression.?!
Question: she says she feels lonely and empty all the time, and yesterday she kept on crying. she says she's not into suicide, but she was like: "no, death's not my bad side, death wouldn't be so...never mind." she says it's been like this since kindergarten. she's fine when she's with her friends, but she said that after she leaves them she feels like crying. i have known her for a long time, but i just found out about it today. do you think she's just feeling gloomy or she has real depression?
Please help!

it sounds as if she is depressed, be a good friend and offer her a helping hand, tell her it might be a good idea if she sees someone like a therapist or someone who can perfessionally help her. Try talking to her and seeing whats upsetting her she could just need a friend like you to be there for her.

The only cure I've found from my depression is reading the Bible, it always makes it go away. No matter what, do NOT take Xanax and drink, I became suicidal after doing it and except for God's intervention, would have killed myself on my son's birthday. I personally would never again take anti-depressants.
