Has anyone ever heard of Sublingual B-12 as a treatment for Bipolar with Manic t!
Question: Some say that Bipolar mania is caused from a B-12 deficiency. If that be the case would B-12 sublingual correct that problem. As are B-12 injections so much more potent than B-12 sublingual?

I have never heard of any of this stuff, but sounds very interesting!
So you can give yourself injections rather than swallowing pills? I'd do that.
No, however I have heard of using B-complex to fight depression, along with Vitamin C. The injections are more potent than the sublingual B-12.
