Speaking from experience...I lost my husband and my 9 year old son on the same day. You manage,move-on and cope because you don't have a choice. I was fortunate I had three other beautiful children to help me go on...I also had a strong family unit that was there for me,great friends...they ALL surrounded me with LOVE and SUPPORT...It is the most difficult thing I will ever endure...the ONLY thing that could compare would be the loss of another child...and I PRAY that never happens!
it is a grief process. you grieve the loss. counseling to help you through the grief helps if the pain is unbearable.
They dont unless thers is someone else...
time is the best medicine for it!!!
We move on the same way that other's do, we go through the greiving process and learn to live with the reality that the person that we loved has died. I'm not saying that it's easy or that it doesn't take a while but we do it the same way that most people do it one day at a time.
you dont totally come back after something as traumatizing as that. eventually, but it is a tedious and long process that everyone must go through i suppose
There are stages of grief that people go through; one of them is anger and despair. Eventually most people come to terms with loss, but some don't. The best way to manage is to have a circle of friends who are there for you.If you don't have supportive friends, find some activity that is organized, and join that group.
It's not easy. I lost the love of my llife 5 years ago and I'm still not over it. But then I'm quite old and I know that there is no chance of finding another person to love that way. I focus on enjoying life through doing things with my friends.
