What keeps you going when everything is going wrong?!

Question: Just get up and do it. No sense in worrying and being negative. Just get up-- take a shower, get dressed and do you daily activities. Yes, things go wrong but then things also go great. I would rather keep my chin up thin sink in a hole. What keeps me going??? I have to-- noone will take care of me except for me. Sure I have bad days but then I try to get to bed early so the next day will be better.

well i think of all the happie things in my life and i think of what i like to do. Sometimes i plan ahead to brainstorm oon fun things that i can do the next time to cheer myself up

Hope!

I focus on the present only so much as to plan for the future, then give "hope" a chance.

I keep saying to myself - this will pass, nothing stays forever, and the bad stuff will get less bad - just have patience!
I am on antibiotic right now and feel pretty crummy! But.........
This too shall pass!

Knowing there is always tommorrow

"Just so long as everyone is still alive, it is nothing more than a bad day." Here on earth

God.
Family.
Friends.

That's all you need, in the end.

Nothing ever goes "wrong" for me, it just goes.
It's what you make of it that is important.
If you start thinking of things as going wrong, you start to see the world as against you and you because negative and start noticing more bad things.
You need to live in the moment and deal with the current situation, don't let your brain start thinking about what might happen. If you are doing your best t the moment, then you've done your best at the end of an ordeal, and you should have no regrets.

This way of looking at things is hard at first, but once you get it, life becomes so much fuller.

The habit of living, fear of the unknown, and the knowledge that I can at least help others with their problems (as can you, by volunteering, even from home, at first. It will also provide a solid basis in reality for the daily affirmations: "I am a good person, who is valued by my community, because I ..(insert activity here).." Sections 38, and 47, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris refer. On volunteering outside the home, you will come into contact with supportive people, and receive positive feedback for your efforts, which will be obviously appreciated: there are many options; one is sure to suit you). Remember, there are only a relatively small number of ways in which things can go right, but a much larger number of ways in which they can go wrong: the trick is to say to yourself when that happens: (as it is bound to do, often) "is this worth upsetting myself over?", and then decide that it will take considerably more than that, to do it, so you'll just go on to the next thing.

The raw drive to survive and over come. I take everything head on and never with the intention of anything but gettin r done!

at first, you just need to find a way to get it off your mind.
do some random work around the house...etc.

then once your head is kind of clear, or at least your not overwhelmed with everything at once...try to just think about one thing at a time. Focus on what youre freaking out about, and think of ways to fix the problem.
Ask God to help you get through it all. Ask Jesus into your heart. to help you deal with it all. Honestly, thats the only way I can deal with all the crazyness in my life right now. And sometimes I get really overwhelmed....and then I just take a deep breath and just pray about everything. Just leave it all, and trust in God. He will take care of it! ya know.
just know there are some things you can change, and other things you can't, Everything happens for a reason. And that God will never give you more than you can handle!!!

I know how it feels!! believe me.

God and that song are what got my brother and i through his struggle with cancer 2 years ago. he had a 20% chance of survival.

Life keeps you going. Hope that something better is on the horizon. Something better will definitely come up, this is how it is. Bad - good, black - white, it's a balance. How will you know that something is going right if you never experience the wrong. It's nature and its natural.
