How does a person relieve stress?!


Question: I am a high school Junior, and as young as that is:
I'm extremely stressed.

I am in honors [IB] classes and am constantly overloaded with homework.
I get to school around seven and don't get home until about six thirty at night, due to rehearsal.
&& I never have time for friends anyamore.. I mean we say 'hi' and everything, but we never hang out, for I am always busy at rehearsal or doing school work. I have so much to do that I even work during lunch. :(
And I'm starting to believe that my relationship with my boyfriend is starting to suffer because of it... I see him everyday, but we don't actually have time to have fun, 'cause I'm always rushing.
Grrr.

Any suggestions on what I could do to ease my stress && relax.. or something along those lines???

Working out helps me out.

Unload your schedule. Last quarter I was miserable, but then I quit the worse of my AP classes (something I rarely do, quit), and I'm so much happier now. Cutting out that one activity made such a difference.

If that's not an option, then try to give yourself time everyday to sit alone and listen to some music. Just doing between classes helps me out a lot.
