Short term memory loss ?!
Question: is there any way to know if you REALLY have problems like that?
there are little things here and there that make me think that i have an issue with my short term memory (just things like i have to think for 10 minutes to remember what i wore the previous day).
and i dont abuse drugs so i dont think that is a problem.
i mean im only 15, and i think my memory is pretty bad for a person my age.
OH and there are other things like, it takes me a while to recall who my elem. school teachers were. even some of my middle school ones.

Do you have a lot going on? Under any stress or extremely busy. When I have a lot going on, a lot to do, or stressed my memory goes out the window.
See a doctor about this
You can do exercises that help your memory: read good books and newsmagazines and discuss what you read; do crossword puzzles and play Scrabble. Learning to play a musical instrument also helps the brain.
if you ask a question like that then you have it ;)
Well, you can go see a medical doctor to see if there is an obvious neurological cause to your memory problems (if they exist) or you can see a psychologist who will probably give you a series of tests that measure all forms of memory in many different ways. I would personally suggest the psychologist first...establish if there even is a memory problem...then go to the medical doctor if the answer was yes and get checked out for a physical cause.
