When you have to deal with unexpected health issues, do you get depressed?!
Question: I've suffered from chronic depression ever since 1991 when I was administered Versed for an endoscopy w/o my knowledge and it totally ruined me for life. Now I seem to be dealing with quite a few unexpected health issues, and I find myself falling into a deep depression. I do see a phychiatrist and a therapist and I'm on medication for depression and anxiety....any suggestions on how to deal with this?
PS I have taken care of most of my health issues, so far none have been life threatening thank God, and I have an appointment to see what my options are for the latests "drama de jour" with a specialist next week.
