I don't really understand the context of the question.
I am nearly always in front of a screen, my computer screen - because I work in an office.
Sometimes it is good to vary what I do and I make an effort to get out and about and even if I don't leave the building, to do something non-computer related every now and then.
Right now I'm hungry so I think I am going to forage for food.
