Does anyone else out there not like to dream at night?!
Question: Hi. After 2 years, my doctor had decided it's time to reduce my ambien dose. I'm sleeping just fine, but I'm dreaming all the time. I haven't had dreams in a really long time. Not really nightmares, but just vivid, strange stuff. I remember the dreams and it makes me feel like I'm not getting quality sleep or something.
Does anyone else dislike dreaming, or am I just a weirdo?
Thanks!!

I hav been having really vivid (sometimes bad) dreams lately. I understand what you are talking about. But, don't worry about if effecting the quality of your sleep though, because to dream, we have to be in a REM cycle (which is the deepest sleep)... So, actually if you are dreaming it's a sign that you are actually getting good sleep.
I can empathise with that - I also dislike dreaming. However, I don't believe it's anything abnormal. If you get to the point where you aren't sleeping because of a fear of dreams (Oneirophobia), then you should see a doctor about it.
ithink your ok in my dreams i always end up dying its starting to be quiet funny.
i like to dream but i rarley do and after i get up i cant remember stuff
maybe dreaming is tiring b/c u always get them
I LOVE dreaming, even bad dreams have important meaning to me. When I wake up and remember no dreams I feel like I missed out on alot.
