What do you do when you're stressed?!
Question: right now I have so many things going on and I feel so sad and sick and like I wanna scream at people...What can I do to help me relax?

- Go for a walk
- Listen to some music that makes you feel good (I like Backstreet Boys, Trace Adkins, LeAnn Rimes and Carrie Underwood when I'm stressed)
- Take a minute to shut your eyes and take ten deep breaths, then take as many as you need to feel like you're ready to face the world again
- Write down what you're feeling and then rip up the paper

I know this sounds completely stupid but whenever i'm overwhelmed with stress and everything and everyone around me i just go to sleep and when i wake up i become "normal" again and everything's fine. I can't really suggest much else cause it's more of "personal taste" but i also try listening to really happy music...i can't live without music :P
i go to sleep or chew some gum or take a bath or drink some tea! it works well.. especially the orbit gum.
Okay here's something that really works
write down every thing that you hate right now whether its at someone or about something, whatever your stressed about
write all down and then put the letter in an envelope and burn it.
when you burn it, everything negative that you wrote down will either get better or go away
trust me it does help :)

Count to Ten.
Focus on your breaths.
Don't Drink a lot of caffeine.
Sit down for a moment when you feel like you want to scream.
Talk to a friend.
Vent somewhere :)
