ok well your 14...and its hard to deal with this stuff...but the easiest way is to talk to your parents. your school councelor by law has to inform your parents and your best bet at getting better is theray, which you cant do unless your arents know. i know its scary to come clean and they will be upset and scared but its worth it. trust me the sooner the better. once my parents know things were a little tense around my house but i could start getting better and that was most important.

look...just sit down with them and say i need help. you can try jsut asking to go to therapy because you have been having trouble...but most parents will ask more questions. if they ask tell them you are depressed, and then begin to explain your other problems. parents are there for support an i know they may seem liek the enemy somtimes...they love you no matterwhat and will do anyhtign in their power to help you. it took a lot ofor me to learn that.

People with this disorder usually have been victims of sexual abuse or incest. You need to let your school counselor know, there is nothing to be afraid about. You could cut too deep and wind up killing yourself by accident. You need help. Talk to your asst. principal.

get a therapist. i think im ugly and worthless!

Find a faculty or staff member at your school that you trust. Talk to them. They have some training in how to help you. YOu are in the right direction....knowing this can't go on. Please take care of yourself.

you need to tell someone someone who you trust. i have been in the same place you are. i told my boyfriend which it could be your best friend and he went with me to talk to my school consuler i wasnt so scaird with someone there with me.
you will gte better once you talk to some one.
good luck

Parents parents parents parents! If you can't tell them, then a trusted friend is good. I went through a really bad time too, and one of my friends helped me to get through it, but that included taking me to a counselor. This is serious, especially at your age. Tell Someone!
