Question: We have a typical interview form. But it's very generic. The position is not really Social Services but close. The position is to SUPPORT PARENTS with VERY difficult to manage kids who display mental health and behavioral problems.
What are some questions I could ask?
Answers: Have you worked with parents who have a hard time managing their difficult children? What are things you have done to help these families? What did you think worked the best? Another thing to do is give them a situation and ask them how they would deal with it. This gives you an idea of how they might work.
