Question: If you saw someone talking to themselves, what would you think!?
Having a real conversation but with another person(s), sometimes making their voice or just pretending to hear it in their mind, about any subject in the world (daily activities, arguments, anything), and the way they talk is whispering!.
-The key is!.!.!.they know who they are talking to are not really there, they're just pretending!.

The people I have observed, were not pretending!.
Sometimes the person has an "imaginary friend"
the person has "multiple personalities"
or some other form of psychological disorder!.

To be honest, I believe that the person who was having a conversation with him (or her) self was probably lonely and needed someone to talk to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would first assume they had an ear piece phone!. But if you know they know they aren't there and you know they are pretending, I would ignore them because they are trying to be a freake to get yours and anyone elses attention!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'd think (and the order isn't how I'd prioritize it!.!.!.just for the sake of listing here):
1!. They're psychotic and really think someone is there!.
2!. They're into theater and are practicing!.
2a!. They're going to a hot date and are practicing their "lines"!.
3!. They have some kind of non-psychotic mental problem that makes them talk to a non-existent person!.
4!. There really IS someone else there, but nobody else can see him/her! (Ghost, alien, time traveler, etc!.)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's really hard to say, could be a number of things wrong with them!. although, they might have a social phobia a some kind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Often people who suffer with schizophrenia hear voices and speak back to them, so my first impression would be that the person has that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would think that the person is cool!. Everyone talks to their self, not everyone is awesome enough to admit it, or do it in public!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
