This is probably going to sound ridiculous coming from a 30 year old woman!. I work all by myself at a hotel the i found spooky to begin w/ (too many episodes of ghosthunters lol) I know it was all in my head!. Anyways a 21 y!.o!. boy died in my hotel last week and it has really messed w/ me!. I am scared to do rounds at night and its just plain spooky, sad and i hate the feeling i get in this place now!. I have stopped watching ghosthunters and my question is why the heck am i so scared and how do i get over it!.!.!. seriously i don't even want to work here anymore!. well the best thing you can do is confront your fears!. never run and hide from them because that does no good!. there is nothing wrong with you, you don't need to see a shrink!. in fact, you have every right to be scared but you need to try and move on and not think about what happened so much!. your mind plays tricks and makes you see and hear things that aren't really there when all you do is think about it!. so maybe try and have somebody come with you on your rounds for a while!? good luck to you :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
