Why can i sometimes not get to sleep?it is so annoying!!!!?!


Question: Why can i sometimes not get to sleep!?it is so annoying!!!!!?
Some nights i get really annoyed because i want to go to sleep because i am tried but i cant!. Sometimes i dont actually get to sleep until about 3 in the morning and i have to get up for school at 7!. pleese resolve this for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to have a sleep study done if this keeps up!.!.!.at a sleep clinic!.You might have sleep apnea!. First!.!.try melatonin!. People take it when they change time zones!.!.but drs!. also give it to kids when summer is over and school starts!. Also!.!.you can try Benedryl (not the daytime one) It will make you sleepy!. Make your bed as comfortable as possible!.!.Spray your pillow with lavender spray!.!.!.or some kind you really like!. Get a teddy bear to hug!. Get something of your mother's !.!.a shirt or scarf etc!.!.might help you feel like a baby again and sleep better!. Turn on a fan!.If it's too cold!.!.turn it away from you!.!.but keep it on for the noise!.It will drown out other noises that keep waking you up!. Get a portable tape recorder and put on a talking tape!. You'll fall asleep while listening to it!.!.esp if it's boring!. Get one of those kind if you can that are about helping you sleep!.Or you can get a book on tape from the library!. That's all I can think of for now!. OH!.!.don't exercise right before bed or eat chocolate or anything with sugar or caffeine!. You can try some milk (not chocolate) I have an electric blanket!.I put it on low!. Try watching tv alittle low to barely hear, and make sure its boring enough to fall asleep to, then put the timer on the tv to sleep after an hour or whatever, make sure you put it on sleep, otherwise the box will brainwash you as you sleep!.Or you can try staying real still and not moving you eyeballs or body just lay there and think alot, most likely you will fall asleep!. The problem is tryin to sleep but fidgeting so your body stays awake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

even if you are physically tired, try to get yourself mentally tired too!. Like read a book or do puzzles before sleeping (sudoku makes me drowsy staring at it) and when your eyes are sort of tired they shut themselves nice and tight!.

And if you're scared of not waking up in time, just tell yourself that you'll wake up real easy before sleeping or drink a cup of water before bed!. It works!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to set a stand time for sleep go to sleep at that time every night with out fail!. dont eat within 3 hours of that time and no caffeine within 6 hours of that time!. clear your mind when you go to sleep you will probably toss and turn if your excited or worried about something!. try puttin music on relaxing or thinking about a party or something and day dream you will fall asleep alot quicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
